Aug 23 Coach Mike's Great Advice -Don't Go Lame!

It's time for you to get out there and TRAIN :
I want you to remember to breathe. Don't hold your breath when you are running-  Just breathe normal.

And DO YOUR STRETCHES !
You need to do plenty of stretches.
You be sure you get those stretches done.

"I dont want you comng up lame on me half way through the run."

Be sure to keep plenty of fluids in you.
Keep plenty of Gatorade around
so you can build up your carbs and all that good stuff

"You Be Careful! I'll be checking on you. Be good. Be happy."
